The study highlighted the delusion of the imminent withdrawal of the United States from the region and the end of the current cycle of the international system in which the American pole is dominant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position alleges that a multipolar world will emerge without regional and major global conflicts and wars. Since 2012, Russian leaders have consistently propagated these deceiving ideas.
