Al-Mukalla Incident and the Saudi–Emirati Conflict

Saudi Arabia’s involvement in the bombing of two Emirati vessels traveling from Fujairah to Mukalla, carrying “weapons and combat vehicles,” appears consistent with the urgent and impulsive approach that has defined Saudi policy since 2015.
